The game features both single player and multiplayer modes, with a support for 4 player drop in/drop out local co-op. Players will control the main hero Rayman, Globox and two teensies. Rayman Origins is a side-scrolling platformer with puzzle solving elements. The objective is to complete the levels and save the Glade of Dreams. Overall, there are over 60 levels in the game, taking place in 12 different environments. The player moves from the left side of the screen to the right side, fighting the enemies and collecting various objects along the way. Some levels have additional layers which can be explored.
